Established in 1985 in Ernakulam, Kerala under the companies act and named as VELLAYIL CONSTRUCTIONS. In 2003, we expanded our business to Bangalore and in 2006, the company name in Bangalore was changed to MATHA CONSTRUCTION. We have successfully completed independent dream villas, villa projects, commercial and high-rise buildings. We were associated with the civil construction work of V-Guard Group and we were a part of their prestigious venture Veegaland Amusement Park at Cochin. On satisfactory completion of this project in 1999, we were awarded, their second venture at Bangalore named WONDERLA HOLIDAYS LTD. BANGALORE, the largest Amusement park in India.
During these 31-years of glorious existence, we have executed many diverse and complex structures in various fields of construction. The area of projects we completed are commercial, residential, industrial, water theme parks, religious and educational buildings. We have well experienced and specialised team of workers especially in AMUSMENT PARK CONSTRUCTION.
